We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Because original art is unique, our policies differ for originals, prints/editions, and commissions.

Eligibility Windows

Return Condition

Items must be in original condition and packaging, with any certificates included. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or there was an order error.

Damaged or Wrong Item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Keep all materials. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email hello@deeline.art with your order number, photos, and reason for return within the window above.
  2. If eligible, you’ll receive a return authorization and packing instructions.
  3. Ship with tracking and (for originals) insurance per our instructions.
