Returns & Refunds
Overview
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Because original art is unique, our policies differ for originals, prints/editions, and commissions.
Eligibility Windows
- Original Artwork: request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Prints / Editions / Merch: request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Commissions: non-returnable once work has begun (deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your commission agreement).
- Gallery Purchases: if purchased via a partner gallery, their policy applies.
Return Condition
Items must be in original condition and packaging, with any certificates included. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or there was an order error.
Damaged or Wrong Item
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Keep all materials. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
How to Start a Return
- Email hello@deeline.art with your order number, photos, and reason for return within the window above.
- If eligible, you’ll receive a return authorization and packing instructions.
- Ship with tracking and (for originals) insurance per our instructions.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times depend on your bank/card issuer.
- Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless we made an error or the item was damaged in transit.
